History

In August 6, 1997 thanks for the help of a young Councilman - Lorenzo Langford, the Atlantic City Council passes an ordinance declaring the Chicken Bone Beach (Missouri Avenue Beach) a local historical land site.

Dedicated the beach and put a historical sign on the boardwalk, thanks to Borgata  Hotel & Casino for purchasing the sign and Special Improvement District for creating the post for the sign. (100 people attended)

Sept 6, 1999 CBBHFI & National United Affiliated Beverage Association (NUABA) had the 1st Annual Family Reunion Day with Frank Bey – Blues and Valentine Day Luncheon, - CBBHFI gave Ms. Pleasantville a donation to help with her books for college. (100 people attended)

Aug – Labor Day 2000 CBBHFI - 1st Jazz Program with Roy Ayers
